Hours of Operation:

The boarding facility is staffed during regular hospital business hours. Boarding check-ins and check-outs are offered by appointment during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 9am to 12noon and 4:30 to 6:30pm

Saturday: 9am to 12noon and 4:00 to 6:00pm

Sunday: 9:30am – 12:30pm

For urgent boarding matters during regular hospital hours, please call (401) 849-3400, option 2, and speak with our hospital receptionists. They can connect you directly to a member of our boarding staff. 

For urgent boarding matters on Sundays, please call (401) 849-3400 to reach our hospital’s answering service. They will forward your call to our boarding staff. Please be aware that the boarding staff may be busy attending to pets, so they may not be able to respond to your call immediately.  Rest assured that if they cannot take your call, they will get back to you shortly.
