To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Our fees are based on the actual services, medications,and products provided. Full payment is required at the time of the service. Special circumstances may apply. To help with this we are happy to provide written estimates of anticipated costs. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
We require at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation for 2 or more pet appointments and for surgical procedures. There is a $25.00 fee charged for each pet whose appointment is NOT cancelled within the 24 hours.
Patient Arrival Policy
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.
